Very disappointed with property not being flexible with changing my arrival date. I booked through Travelocity and within 3 minutes I realized I selected the wrong arrival date so I immediately called the hotel to asked them to change the date. Ian told me I had to reach out to Travelocity which I did. Travelocity informed me that the hotel denied my request to change the date. Very disappointing.

The hotel location is great. Many restaurants close by. The reservation was for 3 people but the room was set for two persons. Two towels etc. The sofa bed was unconfortable and we need toask for someone to set the sofa bed.
