Firstly, the overall stay was ok. My only issue was check in. I made my reservations though expedia with the Pay later option but closer to the date I called the hotel to pay for the rooms I booked. The lady that took my payments over the phone was very pleasant and helpful as I had to call them twice that day due to some banking issued. Nonetheless the payments where made for two rooms. Upon arrival, a male staff checked us in. He requested my Credit card and said that the rooms aren't paid for yet. In return I showed him evidence of payment, one being an email from the hotel with the receipt and my bank statement showing a payment to Days Inn a few days before our arrival. His reply to me was that their system is showing it as unpaid. Another staff member then intervene and said she that Wyndam has been having that issue with their software and that I need to call my bank and expedia to rectify my payment. Then proceeded to say, with some attitude, that they can reject our stay and give us a refund, even though they are saying we never paid. After all the back and forth, they eventually gave us our room keys, without any additional payments at the counter. It is in my belief, they found the payment and didn't want to own up to their error and just give us the keys. I had intentions of speaking to a Manger the following day but seeing that nothing extra came out of my card and everyone else was pleasant, I did not proceed.

Review for Days Inn: Horrible Experience I recently stayed at the Days Inn for two weeks, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite calling the front desk daily to request room cleaning, not once during my entire stay did they clean the room. They didn’t even provide clean towels unless I went to the front desk to ask for them myself—every single day. The front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive. They constantly assured me, “We’ll clean it tomorrow,” but tomorrow never came. I even had to ask for trash bags so I could clean the room myself. The lack of basic service and accountability was beyond frustrating. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for a clean and hospitable place to stay, look elsewhere. This was a complete disappointment.
