We stayed in 2 rooms. Both room had mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom. DO NOT stay if you’re allergic. Both my daughter and son were super stuffed all night. It smelled like humidity.

The location was great but the hotel itself was not nice. No utensils in the kitchen and none at reception. Bathroom had mold.

There are trash cans by every staircase which makes an awful smell every time you walk up. Every time I would walk out there would be a strong smell of mariguana. Shower and sink drains would backup. Took them 3 days to clear it. More than half of the outlets and room lights didn’t work. Pool was emptied and every night/morning there were big construction equipment left in the parking lot. I assume the parking space was being leased but very annoying to deal with. There is a different extended stay down the street which is much better.

The bathroom had mold around tub and in the ceiling and roach was in the roomi dont likr roaches i reported to the front desk so they move us to a different room I have pictures of the bathroom and the walls It was so disappointing i payed 331 for 2 night and to be up and down that every inconvenience for me and my family

I wish i could give 5 stars to every category but i cannot do that. It is at a great location, just blocks from Trump Doral. The grounds, the buildings from outside are impressive. The problems arise when on the inside. Saw cockroaches in bathroom. There were zero kitchen items. No pans, no toaster. No coffee maker. No cooking utensils. I don't necessarily blame the staff. It might be corporate that doesn't supply the hotel. It would have been a wonderful stay if those problemsvwere taken care of. We paid for a working kitchenette. We ended up buying items ourselves. A rebate or discount after tge fact would be nice.

So when I got there the lady at the front was very nice. However, the issues started when I got the first room. I was assigned room 165 at first when I entered the room the lights didnt work only one small one by the bed. Upon, further inspection of the room there were spider webs in all corners and just didnt smell correct, so I went back to the front desk to ask for another room. This time I encountered a gentlemen at the desk and when I explained to him the issues at first he wasnt wanting to give me another room till I showed pictures. Then I got assigned room 266. As I entered this room it smelled like food almost like curry however, I figured if I complain again they may not have another room for me. Then the worst part came when I went to shower the shower head was so clogged there was no water coming out almost a drip but I was only staying for two days so I just put up with it. The small kitchen sick barley even had water coming out. TBH I think this was an apartment complex that was taken over and they havent done much. The pool is empty with no water either and chairs just stacked up on the pool lanai. All in all I will NEVER stay at this property again.

The cleaness is terrible, lots of roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. We tried to find another hotel but all were booked. Lots of noises on the hallways and parking lot at 3am to 5am. People have no consideration of others. The pool was empty and super dirty. Never ever come back here
