Worst experience from check in to check out. No space to leave your car to check in. Every one is in such a rush including valet, Collins Ave there are cars speeding through they don’t give you time to turn right into the hotel. You walk in to check in and the lady was in such a rush, so short answered when I asked about parking or how the towel service worked. Seemed annoyed when I asked again about valet. Got up to our rooms it was freezing and we changed the temperature but it never seemed to warm up. The pool down stairs seems a bit too salty for my kids so we preferred the upstairs pool on the 3rd floor. We couldn’t even relax with all the construction going on all we could hear is the hammer drill since 8am it was worse at the pool on the 3rd floor. I came with my family from up north to spend a relaxing day and I ended up leaving more stressed and frustrated. I have a video of how horrible the noise was. If I knew this before hand I much rather saved my money and stayed at a motel. Nobody welcomed you are even said hi, the hotel DOES NOT live up to its name. The construction noise was horrible. So much for a relaxing day.

Not recommended!
We booked this Hilton hotel 4 months in advance, expecting a resort-like experience due to its beachfront location, but we were sorely disappointed and left after just two nights. First, there was loud construction next door, making it impossible to enjoy meals or relax by the pool. Both pools were tiny and right beside the construction site, which made the entire outdoor area uncomfortable. Breakfast was poorly prepared; the steak was tough and unseasoned, the egg overcooked, and the potatoes were soggy and clearly old. The service was also disappointing. The room phone didn’t work, and when we finally reached reception through a complicated process, our coffee order never arrived. The shampoo and conditioner containers were empty, and despite requesting room cleaning, no one showed up after 6 hours. To top it off, the towels were rough and old, and the windows couldn’t be opened. We ended up moving to another hotel nearby, Carllion, which provided a much better experience for the same price. I love staying at the Hilton Cabana when I visit Miami! This resort is family oriented and there’s tons of stores in the location to shop at. The front desk and staff is very friendly. Devin at the front desk has the greatest personality ever! He really makes your day! I will be back to visit again soon😊

Nice hotel but in need of updates.
Hilton, you said the hotel rooms were recently updated, eek! Before I knew this my comment on the rooms were they were nice and comfy but in need of an update! Carpet had runs, shower had mildew. What was updated? Beds were comfy add I appreciated that the construction noise was muted in my room (maybe from the sliding door or thick blinds). But the balcony was completely too loud and unable to enjoy. Not happy with the fire alarm on Tuesday either! Then the front door employee laughed at us for leaving our rooms like the alarm said to do. Also, don’t advertise treats at the pool from 12-3 if you don’t offer anything or only at 12. Employees made me feel bad for asking. Most employees are rude and unhelpful. We had to have housekeeping bring blankets two nights and he was sweet and punctual! Enjoyed the texting option except sometimes questions went unanswered.

The service was great, special Devin from the reception, he is a great guy, very helpful, makes feel very comfortable, the resort is clean, is close to restaurants, supermarkets, the beach is turquoise and clean, we love it! You could check early without any extra charge, the pool is clean and the room is spacious.

I think this hotel was Amazing, from the room to the food at the restaurant to the ambiance. I think it was all amazing, hotel room was up to date and very clean. I have no complaints it was a great trip and a great hotel. All the staff were so kind, Fabiana and all the girls at the restaurant were so welcoming and nice. The beach being not even a 2 minute walk and the pool and cabanas being very vibey. This hotel is great will recommend again and will definitely be back!!!
