Dark dingy & run down
An outdated hotel in need of upgrading and some tlc. Very dark decor Dirt on carpets and walls. We were making an overnight trip from orlando but we decided not to stay and changed our train to return to orlando the same day. Wary of booking another Hilton hotel now.

I was given a room to the side of an elevator that looked so outdated. It was clean but didn’t have a great feel to it. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy. It worked for what we needed it for but probably wouldn’t book again.

I love the restaurants and bar inside property. Staff was amazing and everyone was super friendly and helpful! Oh and outside patio was very beautiful!

Very, very nice staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The physical plant is tired and worn, could use some maintenance( scraped paint, etc.) but certainly functional. It feels like they do a lot of short stays in prep for people taking cruises. Not a bad thing.
