It’s new and the bed was great, facilities and breakfast were all ok. No idea why shuttle service times are never displayed on the web site and why they don’t put a green stripe or something on vans to distinguish them better

Poor service, need more staff and shuttle from the airport doesn't work. We waited over an hour and it never showed up. Also, the hotel advertised having coin laundry, and they only had one washer that was broken. The room was good, seemed clean and spacious. Breakfast just ok, and no staff cleaning tables for the next person to use. So had to eat on a dirty table. I wouldn't come back.

I needed a hotel for an unplanned lay over. It was close to airport, clean, secure and what one should expect for a $130. Shuttle bus was a call away, the gas station across street had food and adjacent coffee shop.

You offered shuttle service and no one came. When I get to the hotel they said they didn't see anyone standing out there. Stood for over 30 to 40 minutes where they told us too.

Called for the shuttle service at 9:30pm, they said 20 minutes; called again 45 minutes later and they said no service after 10pm… I took an Uber; I received an email later in the evening stating the shuttle service was until 11pm (?????) Operator was rude and did not want to assist with information…
