This was our first visit and we will definitely be coming back. Having stayed at five star resorts all over the world this place did not disappoint. From the large hotel rooms, spacious bathrooms, friendly staff. Great mall across the street.

Hurricane Milton !!

Room AC stopped working, had to relocate to another building at 2am. Now I just saw a charge for $155 don’t know what for. I received barely a $70 credit for the hassle and discomfort. The second room barely had air conditioning as well. For such a high price place I had expected better. The beds were horrible everyone in my party agreed they are really bad. Water park is overpriced and not soo clean. This place is a cross on my map NEVER to visit ever again. Now I will have to contact the them about that charge that I don’t understand what for.. Five star place for just the name and pretty pictures in the background, piece of rubbish of a place and people. $55 valet parking is also ridiculous. DONT GO!
