I loved the property but it should have a safe space for smokers to enjoy. We deserve to sit down and smoke in an area away from the entry.

Good afternoon I recently stayed at the Lincoln Arms hotel. Around 5am I went to get more ice from the rooftop ice machine. I also had to use the restroom so I decided to use the restroom right next to the ice machine. Would you believe that Rosemary (older Hispanic lady with salt and pepper hair) darted up from the hotel lobby and banged on the bathroom door screaming “why are you in the bathroom”! I was literally sitting in the commode replying “I had to use the bathroom”. Rosemary continued to bang on the restroom door saying “GET OUT OF THE BATHROOM NOW”!!!!!!! This was the most disgusting and racist treatment I have ever experienced at a hotel. I will be posting this negative feedback on the hotel’s website as this was most certainly racist and unprofessional. Thank you for your time Hotel Guest

Retro boutique hotel with a bed to match
The room was huge felt like a small apartment but I was pretty shocked by how old it was. The bed felt like the cheapest, thinnest, spring mattress that sagged so bad it felt like you might fall off of it all night. I get the retro vibe but the bed comfort didn't need to match. On the opposite side of open doors from the convention center which made it much less walkable than desired.

This is an older hotel with a horrible parking situation.. be careful when you unload your stuff for this hotel I got a ticket in the first 5 minutes of being in S. Miami Beach. You're only options for parking are a public parking lot at $50 a day two blocks away.. or you can walk four blocks for $20 a day..it was super inconvenient and not listed on their website. The front staff wasn't very forthcoming about that either. The bed was uncomfortable, as well as the living room couch. The TV only got approximately 13 channels..they also need to upgrade their Wifi. I definitely can say I visited S. Miami beach, but will never stay at this hotel again. This hotel definitely needs to be upgraded.
