Welcome to our one and only PARADISE VILLA. Ready to experience the Miami tropical vibes in this amazing property?

Apart from an unbeatable location, the Villa has top of the art decoration, it's super spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it has an amazing living room with a pool table and all the amenities you need.

You will find a spectacular backyard with a heated pool, a covered terrace with furniture, a BBQ grill, a huge romantic fire pit, a mini golf course and many chill spots.

The Space:
BEDROOMS:

1. Master bedroom with a KING SIZE BED and access to a private full bathroom.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom.
3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED and access to a shared full bathroom.
4. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a shared full bathroom.
5. Bedroom with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS and access to a shared full bathroom.

*Two extra folding beds and a couch.

All the bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need, towels are also included.

THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

We had a great stay. Beds were very comfy! Private fenced in back yard was so nice for our small dogs! Managers were very helpful and quick! Our water heater went out and they had it replaced the same day.

This is great for a group! Enough beds and space. Backyard is fantastic. Kitchen is massive and has a lot of appliances. Great location to get to Miami or Hollywood area! Definitely recommend.

The house needs some TLC. The firepit didn’t work, I was told you need a lighter to lite the stove (fire hazard), the grill missing a grate, drape rod fell in the bedroom and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work.

Good house for large group.
Overall good stay. The home was in a high traffic entrance, neighborhood, but it's Miami so expected. Good location. The home was spacious, the rooms are very roomy. One of the bathroom had a bad odor and plumbing is weak but all worked out. The furniture & pool is not all as pictured. The private backyard was awesome though. Good house for large group.

A group of business colleagues stayed in this rental and it worked out great. We could debrief in the dining room or outside at the fire pit. It was located close to the conference we were attending and everything was as advertised. Would recommend.

Great stay for my Bachelor Party
I stayed with 10 of my best friends here and the house was beautiful and super clean!! It had everything we could have needed, the pool was amazing, played some putt putt and we definitely utilized the kitchen as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates and cookware. The beds were very comfortable too! The house was in a great location giving you the option to fly into Fort Lauderdale or Miami. The property management was very quick in responding to any questions you might have. All in all we had a blast staying here and if you have a bigger group I would highly recommend it!!
