We had an excellent time. The rooms are small, yes, but we were barely in our room except to sleep. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Good size shower. All of the hotels amenities were excellent- pool area, snacks/dining, bars. And the staff were very positive and helpful.

Overall my experience in moxy was good the staff was very good and attentive. My only complain was room service never showed up to our room although we called. Definitely go to the Serena restaurant good food/drinks and a show.
Small lobby but really relaxing and not noisy
Clean pool and amazing staff. I enjoyed the drink menu they offer.
King bed bedroom was very small with no storage perfect for a couple, but not for a family hardly any space.

I surprised my boyfriend with a trip to Miami, stayed here at Moxy, and he loved it. At first I was very hesitant, and was actually considering other hotels because of the reviews I was reading, but honestly I feel like this hotel is underrated. It is so convenient and accessible, like my boyfriend enjoyed it because it was so close to everything. The amenities at the hotel were just beautiful, especially the rooftop pool. People complained about not having actual breakfast at the hotel but it wasn't a big deal considering how much food spots were nearby. Staff were very helpful and nice. Mind you I was reading reviews about people not having the things they requested for on time, but honestly they were so quick to have it done. Had amazing experience overall, considering this was my first time in Miami. Will definitely come back!

Definitely not the best experience!! When we arrived we had dirty towels and no soap the entire stay. There was one cleaning lady that was nice enough to thoroughly clean our room and finally provide us with soap literally the day before we checked out and we stayed there for 5 nights. Very ridiculous! Also, the wifi didn’t work the whole duration of our stay so we couldn’t even enjoy the wifi perks. There were people across the hall from us yelling and doing tiktoks at 5am in the morning and when we told them to keep it down they laughed. The room was super small and just not what we expected as provided by the pictures. We really would like some sort of refund because it was a horrible experience.

This property was a great stay it was just house keeping never cleaned my room as promised on scheduled day. They had no face cloths but provided a body towel which is a bit too big. I normally bring some of my own but forget on this trip
