When my boyfriend and I checked in, we got self parking, which is $25. Then we got back out side to park the car. There were too many cars blocking us to go out to the parking lot across the street. We said forget this let’s just get Valet parking ($35) this is taking too long. The staff was nice, they just need more organization for parking or more staff for parking. Then we went in and took a shower. The shower bars are cheap, they kept falling off when we grabbed the towel off of them. The headboard was a bit dirty, bed was comfortable though. The pictures on Expedia are not what they seem. The room that I got did not show the ocean like in the picture. It’s a rip off.

we arrived early from the airport but we were well accompanied by the staff and they held our luggage for us until the room was ready. i really liked that the room has separated space from bed and the sofa. bathroom was nice as well as the balcony. beach access is really nice and breathtaking views of the water. there is also a clean pool with beverage station and lounge chairs. would recommend this property to anyone

We have been here 3 times. The resort is going through a renovation. Service is always excellent. The beach is well maintained. The pool was a bit cold this time. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Checked in for a 4 night stay. Very dissapointed with the condition of the hotel. Needs a desperate renovation which is in place right now. The rooms are very dirty. No hot water all the time. The beach is nice but managed too poorly. The sunbeds and umbrellas are always a problem and collected at 5:00 p.m which is very early for beach hours. The staff at beach is very rude and some were annoying. Potentially a nice hotel but very poorly managed. Would i visit again ? Absolutely no..

The only complaint I have is that I booked a suite with sea view and when I arrived I was given a completely different room, I did not receive any solution or compensation from the hotel.

The building was under construction and the main restaurant was close for renovation, the room we were staying at, the bathroom ceiling on top of bathtub was in bad condition, like air bubbles as if water came through it.

Came in from a 22 hour drive, the initial overall first impression of the room was that the amenities are slightly outdated, dull, and dingy, but had a fantastic view of the ocean and staff were very friendly and helpful, which helped overlook the environment of the room. However, that same night, while lounging in the living room, my partner and I happened to notice an insect crawling on the carpet. Upon inspection, it was indeed a roach. Multiple appeared since then and for the rest of the weekend. I even found a dead one in our bags. My fiancé was walking through the hallway and asked a bystander if she happened to be dealing with roaches, and she said her husband had just complained to the front desk to get them a new room. We didn’t complain for the simple fact that if they were on our floor, they were on every floor. At that point, we didn’t want to lose our stunning view of the water. Just a word of caution if you plan on staying here.

There is a lot to say and I only went for a weekend. There is so many fees and so much money being paid to stay here but it’s construction nation, unable to eat in pool area unless it’s their food. There was roaches in my hotel room coming out at all hours of the day. The rugs in our room was dirty with old stains and the couch was so itchy and stinky to be on that I prefer to be out of the room instead of in. Not very happy about these vacations.

The room furniture is old and damaged. The hot tub does not work. The hot water faucet on the sink was broken. The beds in the beach cabanas were removed. There are no coffee makers or glasses in the room. There are not enough beds at the pool for all the guests.
