We booked during renovations so we expected some inconvenience with that being said a room 2 doors down flooded our floor and we had to reach out for a remedy which they did happily. Rooms are outdated but pool and location are perfect. Overall 8.1 out of 10

It is a beautiful property but be prepared to spend money on extra amenities. Also they play yoga music at the pool and isnt a very lively atmosphere. Great if that is your thing.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING.
This place is disgusting do not go! After I found 2 cockroaches in my room and the terrible smell and stains on the carpets I had to cancel my reservation and go to another hotel.

A highly disappointing stay
A highly disappointing stay – the room facilities were outdated, the bathroom faucet kept dripping and couldn’t be turned off, and the room had terrible soundproofing, with loud music playing outside well into the night. To make matters worse, the hotel was undergoing renovations, causing significant inconvenience during the stay. Overall, I would not recommend staying here at all.

Worst Hotel experience ever
Its was the worst hotel i have stay at . The hotel is under construction, which was not told to me by Hotel.com. if i would have be told i wouldn't stay there.
