Property is under renovation so the lobby is not the best right now. Room was olat and great view but you can tell the rooms are due for a refresh.

The property itself looks nice until you go up to the room. Our towels had pubic hair. The floors were dented. Our bed was cracking and making noise with every move. The paint in the tub was chipped and looked dirty. Probably will never go back. I slept paranoid feeling like in any moment the bed was going to break into pieces

I love the employees they are the bestest. But the rooms and prices for drinks are ridiculous. Make it make sense. I feel the front desk is over worked. From the keycards or ice machines or rooms not adaptable it’s sad then over charging on drinks. Charge me 7 extra for daiquiri made it to be 22 plus gratuities 7 plus a tip smh I’ve been coming to this hotel since 2015 and the over charging is ridiculous. But the customer service is exceptional. I’ve been to plenty hotels in Fort Lauderdale . And the experience been waaay better and cheaper with all amenities
