This hotel has so much potential. Unfortunately the staff doesn’t really seem to care when it comes to the front desk. I had a major problem with them and the concierge. When it came to my reservation at Nobu. They told us we had a reservation and then apparently we didn’t. I will say the manager at Nobu is excellent though and he deserves a raise. I don’t know his name but He’s African American, A fine gentleman. He saved our experience. Stay away from the ocean restaurant at this hotel. We got hair in our food and it was a terrible experience. Our shower smelled like a sewer. I would not say this is a 5 star hotel. They have some improving to do. Employees don’t seem to care about the customers needs. We will be staying here again in January before we head back to LA so hopefully we have a different experience.

The phone in the room was not working when we arrived, we requested every day to fix it, when we left after 3 days the phone was still not working. Every morning the room service was not replenishing the drinking water , we end up buying our own

Here’s an updated review draft that includes your full experience: I recently celebrated my 46th birthday with a five-night stay at Nobu Miami Beach, combined with attending the Dolphins vs. Raiders game at Hard Rock Stadium. The hotel was the perfect mix of classic elegance and boutique charm. The reception set the tone with a refreshing sake-coconut milk drink and a cool towel to freshen up—small details that made a big impression. We had an incredible meal at the Nobu bar, where the toro and wagyu were beyond delicious—melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Our adventure continued with visits to Mayami and Bagatelle, both offering unforgettable, energetic vibes. What a wild time! We also explored Little Havana, where we discovered Sangwich, a fantastic spot for classic Cuban sandwiches, amazing beer, and rich Cuban coffee. The whole experience was a perfect blend of luxury, excitement, and authentic local flavor. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to celebrate in style and explore Miami’s vibrant culture!

Paid for a suite. Temperature gauge was broken. Engineering did not fix. Room freezing first night. Staff did nothing to fix inspite of multiple notifications. Too much money to spend on a room that was uncomfortable!! No accommodations made for us to compensate for inconvenience.

My entire stay was really lovely starting with Simon at check-in was so wonderful and made me feel really welcome and valued. I also really enjoyed using the spa facilities and Nobu crispy rice and a cocktail for happy hour at the beautiful lobby bar. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I will come back if I find myself in Miami again.
