When I landed to the Miami airport never answer my call to ask the shuttle. I had to ride a Uber to get the hotrl I landed 7:00pm, thursday 19 dic I sent a complaint inmediatly My bed wasnt clean.

The room was filthy. There were dirt on the floor, dead insect behind the AC, fixtures were rusty, the shower was rusty and the latch on the door was not secure with screws missing.

The place looked like it hasn’t been updated in 40 years. Then there is a sign in the room saying not to adjust or turn off the a c unit. I then sat on the bed….yes sat….and it collapse causing me to fall over. The front desk had no solution as the hotel was fully booked and offered to get maintenance change the bed. By this time I just wanted to leave but they insisted I could not have a refund. I walked away poorer and disheartened….never again

Upon arriving and going to room a disgusting smell of damp as soon as I got out off lift ! My sister joined me 1/2 hour later, she used the bathroom and said there was peeling paint on back of door ! We immediately checked out. The reception didn’t seemed concerned

Driver wouldn't answer his phone for pick up from airport. We landed and 1.5 hour later driver answered phone to pick us up. Finally, when we did enter the shuttle he put his phone down. Knowing i called him 15 times non stop until he answered. That started our visit to the inn... not to mention we waited 4.5 hours b4 entering our room. So our attitude was unforgiving. The room has a stench from the air conditioner, but the beds were comfy and the room was minimalistic. Average score.

This is nothing more than a motel. We booked 5 rooms . As we walked into our room there was a half naked girl in there . We went to customer service where they were just like oh and gave new key. They really didnt care enough to be sympathetic to us. That is not ok at all. Breakfast had weird running eggs that was heated by those little propane things . Kinda dangerous . I will never stay afain.

First of all, the airport shuttle never showed up at the airport. The staff was a bit rude and insensitive to your needs but they were accommodating. The room was okay but the bathroom should have a vent to eliminate smells. The bathroom looked a bit dingy. Amenities like toilet paper and extra towels had to be requested. Breakfast variety was very limited.

Property lacks maintenance and the rooms were outdated and dirty. Breakfast there was not something I looked forward to either. The place was noisy with the airplanes flying over the hotel.
