This property was nice, staff was very friendly I was not there for leisure I had a family member in the hospital. It was nice to have a relaxing home atmosphere to come to. the kitchen was very basic with minimal amenities but it had a coffee pot! I will definitely stay here again.

Desk staff was very helpful and accommodating! Room was ok. There was dust and questionable spots on the floor that probably require a deep cleaning. Need to pay more attention to details of cleanliness. Also, could have used an extra set of towels. The apartment was pretty well appointed, though. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Great location and amenities!

My stay was great! The property is older and the carpets and sofa were stained, but everything appears clean. Staff was great! Check in and out super smooth. And I know the hotel has absolutely no control, but for the two nights I stayed, Miami airport diverts its planes over the area for 3 to 4 hours in the evening, you notice it at first, then you adapt to the noise, then you don’t hear it at all and don’t realize when exactly the planes have stopped flying over. But the room or should I say 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and had every amenity you could imagine. ( full size kitchen including stove, microwave,refrigerator/freezer with ice/water on door & dishwasher, there was also a apt size washer/ dryer) bed was comfortable- sofa was not. All in all I would recommend and stay again if I’m in the area. I came for a tattoo and Iris tattoo is just a 5 min walk and they do great work!

This place is soooo beautiful ! It’s so much action around this hotel I mean so much. Nice fancy restaurant & bar/clubs. It’s not far away from South beach just before you get to the bridge. But being at this hotel you don’t even have to go to South beach. Had so much fun. The hotel is so beautiful the decor is amazing so clean. They also have snacks in the front of the hotel which is so smart & they keep out lemonade fresh in a jar ; ) Parking is under which is really nice cause no one is gonna be near your car. Rooms so clean and nice really big space way better than I expected. Booking this hotel you won’t be disappointed I promise. Staff is really friendly also.
