Great location - across from Central Park West, close to metro, great eateries within walking distance. Great water pressure in the shower. Plumbing does not work well, we had to have maintenance come to the room twice in 4 days. There’s no closet space, so suitcases had to be unpacked.

This location turned out to be very peaceful, provided shuttle from airport and had a 3rd party shuttle to the carnival cruise port.staff was amazing and helped us with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful, water was clean and perfect temperature. Plenty was chairs to lounge. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again.

We arrived at Miami Airport at 12:30 pm 9/23 and then ran to the designated Sleep Inn shuttle bus pickup point at the second level outside door 6. After confirming with the airport staff that this is the right place to wait we patiently stayed there until 2:30pm. During the nearly 2 hours waiting time we saw many other hotel’s shuttle bus come and go to pick up their guests very frequently such as hotel Marrio and Sheraton etc but Sleep Inn’s never appear. Outside the airport hall the temperature was near 90 degree it’s quite a suffer to our age. Then we made several attempts to call the hotel service desk for help but no body answered. Eventually some one picked up the phone and confirmed our personal identity but did not tell us if/when they are going to pick us up just put us on hold endlessly. It’s so bad we had to call a Uber to get to the hotel. After getting there we saw the shuttle van left for the airport and drove back unloaded a guest. We feel outraged why we called for airport pickup but got ignored? Meanwhile the hotel driver did go back/forth to pickup or send some one else to and from the airport ? Is it for our names sounded not “American” or our accent? We feel treated like second class citizen. Complained but got no apology. We did not get the service we paid for. More seriously IMO this hotel is very much racist.
