Good clean hotel at a great location and great price!! Shower head was no good and every time you turn on the water was making a loud and annoying sound!! Coffee maker was also trash! It brews more water than coffee! Other than that was a good stay!!

The hotel gave conflicting information regarding the early check in fee and the front desk attendant seemed annoyed with me and skeptical towards me. They didn’t explain that the buffet was not complimentary until I tried to fix a plate. And the hotel was under construction. Otherwise it was a nice property.

They are under construction, charged $90 for a resort fee (it’s not a resort), the fire alarms kept going off. They didn’t put a car on my room so I way paying to get in/out every time. The customer service is lacking- it’s not there. - I only chose the hotel because I was evacuating from the hurricane where my home took a direct hit. I’ll never stay at another terrible Sonesta.
