I booked 4 rooms for my family of 12.. Rooms were very clean . Love the room decor and the area . Lovely staff very professional and understanding the only mis communication was about paying for parking on the property.. which the price could be adjusted at least 15.00 dollars instead of 30 something dollars and change and we see the price displayed for 14.00 dollars my only take away and the pool was not open due to unknown reasons..

Lobby was clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good food from the restaurant. Nicely kept property, though small. Secure parking available. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Carpets is hall and room were showing thier age. Toilet would need a handle jiggle to stop it from running. Really close to Miami U. medical campus. No major complaints at all. An enjoyable stay.

Very nice room, comfortable stay
I had to stay 3 nights due to having plaque radiation for eye melanoma so I could not leave my room. My partner had to stay 3 feet away to not get reactions from the radiation plaque. The room was very comfortable, I really have no complaints except where the tv is located. It is not at the end of the beds like a typical room, it is kind of kiddy cornered from the beds. The breskfast was hot and plentiful with hot and cold foods. My bf brought me up a nice breakfast each morning. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. M bf slept on the couch and he said it was not too bad. The bathroom was broke up into 2 rooms: toilet and sink in one and sink and shower/bath in othe ithrr. Although I was stuck in the room the entire time in Miami, it was a very comfortable room to quarantine in.

The room was in need of repairs. I called to have the air conditioner fixed. It was nit fixed during my five day stay. It didn’t cool well and was as loud as a tractor. The toilet had to be flushed 3 times each time it was used. I had to get a plunger fotmevthe room in dsy 1. Although this was reported, nothing was fixed and no compensation.

Room was clean and quiet, didn’t hear anyone from the hallway or any noise from the highway. Great water pressure in the shower and the bed was comfortable. Needs a new TV, this one had a flashing title card on the corner of the screen, and I’d recommend bedside tables with USB charger plugs but those aren’t major inconveniences. I didn’t have time to eat breakfast but I saw quite a few people enjoying it. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Miami.
