Housekeeping was so terrible that they would pick up my two day shower towel from the ground fold it and put back as if it was a clean while still wet disgusting. Roll of toilet paper was also wet for some reason overall housekeeping was poor.

I lost my wallet, when I asked to check cámaras, they told me that the cámaras wasn’t working, 1 elevator was not working, breakfast, scrambled eggs for 3 days, the last day I didn’t want to go for breakfast!!! and sausage links only for meal, service very poor… you won’t feel secure if you go to this hotel…

When I arrived the front desk associate checked me in in typical fashion however when I got to the room it was not what I booked. I had booked a suite with balcony and this room was a studio without a balcony. Before this however the first red flag was that the elevator floor was sticky as if soda had spilled over and dried. After exiting the elevator to my floor there were garbage bags in the hallway that smelled. Now after seeing this room was incorrect I go back to the front desk to notify the associate. He then tells me that the room I booked was not available but he could give me a discount on the night. Just for one night though. Also note that this is around 10pm as my flight was late. I tell him I will check out the room.again to see if I will accept it. Once back in the room and really looking at it. It was generally in a poor state. Paint was peeling on the cabinets in the kitchenette. The bathroom tub had discoloration and overall the condition of the room didn't not match the pictures. At this point I head back down and tell the associate I will not be staying. He processed my refund quickly and was as helpful.

My fiancé and I stayed for a week. I was receiving plastic surgery in the area. I needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. It had a little kitchenette, a living room a king size bed, a balcony. The housekeepers were amazing. It was a very clean. My only complaint is only one elevator was working the majority of the time. I was on the sixth floor and could not walk stairs because they’re just having surgery. Other than that we had an amazing stay.

8 terrible nights
We have spent 8 terrible nights there. Thermostat was not operational at all, the drover was impossible to close, problem with a bath's drain (technician told me it is "complex" and disappeared), TV is 20 years old and extremely slow (have to wait 3 seconds every time to change a channel). I asked next morning to give me another room because I booked to stay 8 nights but the request was declined and we were never switched to the "normal" room. Breakfast - always missing plates, cups, some times potatoes or fruits (does not matter what time you came for breakfast), 2 days we have to go eat to another hotel because this one was shutdown with no notice or direction for people where we have to go... Dirty floor, not cleaned tables because not enough people I guess. Only 1 elevator operational and it is also slow, have to wait for 3-5-8 minutes or choose to go by stairs to 8th floor because the line of people is huge. Last 3 days no shower, no water pressure!!!

The carpet in the hallway and inside the room is extremly dirty and smelly. Once you get off the elevator, you could smell the dirty carpet, same as you first open then room door, very dirty carpet. Door handles, wall are dirty as well. We also asked for extra blanket and it has lots of hair, which makes our trip an unpleasant. We had to look for a different hotel because we cant sleep at night due to smelly carpet

The staff never cleaned our room because we were always in the room and it seem as though people actually live there and they act as though at night the kids are on the play ground i had to call the front dest cause i got tired of hearing them for however many nights, he was willing to change the room but it was the last night so i told him he can call the room n tell them to shut up, lets say it was hell of quiet afterwards. But beyond that it was clean , whatever staff u ran into seem friendly, they speak no english but it was ok for me.
