Request a room away from the road if you plan to stay here. Road noise is loud. Walls are paper thin. We had neighbors that were so loud all night (screaming, fighting, and then singing) . Went to bed when we had to get up. They were on bender of sorts. Not safe for any confrontation. No staff on location after 9pm. Something to consider.

Crack heads prowling around at night on property with no security present...kinda.scary. No soap or shampoo in the room.. Paper thin walls. Neighbors had loud kids and were fighting and yelling till 2 A M....back up at 7 A.M. to continue it. ,...Lobby is abandoned at 9 P.M.... Room is very clea n and modern though. Staff is excellent.

I wanted to get a room in Miami so I wouldn't have too far to drive to get the port for a cruise the next day. When I got there (around 9:15pm) there was no one available to check me in. Doors locked. Lights out. I tried calling the number on the door; it just rang and rang and no answered. I called the number on the reservation and got voicemail and no one returned the message I left. Ever. Not that evening and not any time after that. I tried doing the online check-in and "chat" they offered and NONE of it is helpful because THEY ARE GONE and not even manning any communications. So I had to find another place to stay at almost 10pm. When I contacted them to request a refund, they refused "due to their non-refundable policy". "Non-refundable" should absolutely apply if I wanted to cancel or if I was a no-show, but NOT IF THE HOTEL IS CLOSED. I don't know what their "policy" is, but the website shows, "Check-in end time: 10:00 PM". While I didn't get to see an actual room, I can say the parking IS TERRIBLE. Though they "offer an onsite restaurant", it probably closes early because if they're gone by 9pm the restaurant would have to shut down well before then. I would never even CONSIDER staying here and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. I hope the guests never need anything after 9pm or it doesn't catch on fire because they'll never know until the next day.

Weeking in Miami
Check-in was easy and the staff were very helpful. Only problem was the lack of parking. If you can’t find street parking, you’ll have to just buy to park in the hotel lot but it might be worth if you stay out late at night and come back to no street parking.

Basic hotel, it was clean except for the fan. The hotel should get rid of the old dresser. Location was great. We stayed at the room for sleeping, pool looks nice, however we didn’t use it. Parking it’s an issue.

I liked the location and so did Amtrak because they were able to send me my luggage via Uber due to a mix up within 2 hours of me checking in. Room was awesome. There used to be a pool back in the day.
