I am not impressed with this hotel at all. I asked for water and was told to walk 3blocks to cvs. I’ve never stayed in a suite without a mini bar. It took the hotel 3 hours and 5reqyests from me, only to tell me the mini bar staff shift ended. The ice maker in the room was broken as well. Totally unimpressed with the quality and service. Not worth the cost.

They need to streamline the check-in process and allow people to check in when rooms are ready instead of holding everyone until 4 o’clock and creating a huge bottleneck in the lobby. It makes the check-in process very uncomfortable and it is a real deterrent to staying there again.

The Elser Hotel met all my expectations and than some... we only stayed one night before our cruse but plan on returning for a longer stay in the near future.

Me and my husband went here before our honeymoon cruise and really enjoyed ourselves. The welcome was lacking a bit and they at first gave us thr wrong booking, but once that was ironed out we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Great location and good customer care
I was there with my fiancee and friends to celebrate my fiancee birthday and everything was perfect. Customer service and friendliness was very good. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed I have slept on. Lastly, the location was very good

My favorite place to stay for a city trip to Miami. So close to all the main restaurants, clubs, areas, and more. The staff is incredibly kind. The hotel is very modern. The balconies are beautiful as are the views.
