I had to travel with my son and dogs due to the hurricane. This is a pet friendly hotel. It is a nice location across from Bayside marketplace. There is a dog park across the street. The hotel is very nice with very friendly staff and excellent service. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. I certainly recommend this hotel as a nice place to stay with or without pets.

Underwhelming
Everything was decent. I expected more given the ratings but it did not feel luxurious at all. The lobby area was extremely busy at almost all times of the day. Great location for getting an uber or walking around the city. In our room we could hear the drainage pipes in the walls and they were very loud. It almost sounded like a waterfall which helped deal with it at night. The room was okay, couch was stained, carpet looked dingy, balcony was dirty, but all in all the room is solid. Would not recommend.

I recently stayed at the Elsner Hotel in Miami, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, avoid this place like the plague. I was unfortunate enough to be put in a room right next to a construction zone that started at an absurd 7:30 a.m. sharp. Imagine trying to enjoy a vacation only to be woken up by the deafening sound of drills, hammering, and workers shouting. It felt like I was staying in a war zone instead of a so-called “luxury” hotel. What makes it worse is the complete lack of consideration from the management. Not once was I warned about the construction when I booked, nor was I offered any compensation or even an apology during my stay. The staff seemed either oblivious or indifferent to the chaos happening right next door. I couldn’t even relax in my room during the day because the noise was so unbearable, forcing me out of the hotel just to escape the racket. For the price they charge, you’d think they would at least have the decency to ensure their guests aren’t subjected to constant disturbances. I would have been better off sleeping on the beach. The Elsner Hotel is a colossal disappointment, and I’ll never be staying here again. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

Great hotel and great location. Room was very nice and clean and it had a washer and dryer in the room which was convenient. You have to pay for valet parking for 55 a night and it kinda takes them a while to bring you your car but other than that it was great!

I had lost my wallett and needed to have another person use their credit card for incidentals or I could not enter my paid room. Through it all the Valet Louis is the main reason this location was worth staying. He was a brilliant personality and had an infectous smile. All he wanted to do was make the process seamlessly pleasant.

Great property. Much appreciated Jasmine at check in. Only recommendation would be to streamline the Valet process. Yes busy, but the process needs better communication (link for retrieval broken) and bigger lanes to accommodate cars versus blocking street.

We stayed 4 nights and felt very well cared for at the Elser. We traveled from Sanibel Island during Hurricane Milton. It was a very stressful time for us and the hotel provided so much comfort to us. They even offered a discounted rate to extend our stay. We traveled with our two small dogs and the King suite was perfect and the bed was so comfortable and luxurious. Thank you Hotel Elser.
