We stayed at the Gabriel for 2 days and our suite was absolutely beautiful. Brandon took great care of us and we will be back. The pictures on the website are beautiful but to actually be in the suite is wonderful!!! The valet guys did an awesome job as well

I paid for a Bay View and got a City View instead. When I checked in the front desk agent said my room was paid in full. Days after checking out the hotel took the resort fee out of my deposit which didn’t make any sense. Next time I will appreciate if the resort fee get taking out at check in. Overall hotel is decent for the price and location.

Pros: Hotel was beautiful, lovey art work throughout. Loved the look of the room. Mini bar was fully stocked, room was clean and ready upon check in at 11 pm. Pool was nice and warm. Some local shops, market, mall and CVS near by. Cons: The water was only hot in the sink. The shower was warm with low pressure that simply cut off mid shower. The iron in the room was broken, second iron delivered in timely fashion. The mini fridge was HOT, none of the beverages nor our items requiring refrigeration were cold. Eco-friendly is understandable, however we had to call twice for fresh towels. We got the city view but the view was construction on the building across the highway. $25 urban fee per day + $150/night incidental fees. These are the small things that were simply an inconvenience for the price we paid.

My fiancé and I had a good time, we felt like VIPs considering we don’t come from money. I didn’t realize until check in the benefits it comes with this hotel. We absolutely loved it and hopefully plan to return. I would recommend
