Classic art deco building, conveniently located on South Beach between Collins and Ocean. Short walk to the beach. Family and couple only friendly, Modern rooms, courteous and helpful staff. Rooftop pool and bar are great.

Absurd airline , we had two bags we originally had to pay for one only because the wheels supposedly didn’t fit in the sizer when we got into the plane the bags fit perfectly in the cabin , coming back we then had to pay for both bags supposedly again because they didn’t fit , my question how did one bag pass the first time and now it doesn’t not fit if it’s the same thing from the first time? and it fits perfectly in the cabin once put in , if we had to pay for bags you would think they would go in the bottom of the plane because they are so big , but instead we are able to put them on top of the cabin because again it fits perfectly , please make this make sense , just so they can get money from people with the excuses that luggage’s don’t fit knowing their is nothing the customer could do in the moment of having to board.

Very good location. Our room face to the ocean, we can see the ocean from the balcony. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The room is clean, the staffs are very friendly.

The Tony Hotel is okay
Check - in time of 4pm started the experience on a negative note. That said, the staff was very warm and attentive. However, I could hear every footstep the neighbor above me made in their room, one day it felt like for 2 1/2 hours straight. Overall, I would think twice about staying there again.

Customer Service Could Be Better
The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. There were some foundation/leveling issues on our 3rd floor, the floor was very uneven and our luggage would roll the middle of the room. Concierge was very polite, the person who helped us with luggage was very pushy about getting his cash tip after helping us take our luggage up the elevator on a luggage cart.

n Excellent choice of hotel if you’re in the Miami Beach . From here minute you open the doors the entire place was clean and smelled pleasant. Staff was professional and very attentive to guest needs. Our room location was perfect, we faced ocean dr, roof top pool & bar; and had immediate access to restaurants in area. Definitely will stay here again on future visits!

Great location, lots of places to eat. Staff was accommodating and great. Everything that i experienced was good. My only thing was the pillows were very very firm and my bed had an indentation where i slept and it was not comfortable. No parking when we got there. Had to walk a block to park when we arrived late at night.

Great location and price, the rooms are small and are a bit outdated. Just the bare essentials to get us through the one night stay. We would start again. Service was very welcoming and staff was friendly, we would stay again. Hotel is very close to the hotel next door and the partying taking place next door kept us up for part of the night.

A bit sketchy area. Groups of people smoking drugs outside the hotel. A foot police chase knocked into us when we attempted to walk up the stairs to the lobby. The lobby smelled great, it was clean and reception was super friendly. The room however was very underwhelming. It looked like the pics but add 20 years. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was tiny and had hair in corners. The room had no microwave. The hall noise was loud. Bed was hard, sheets were crispy. No thank you.

It was really nice experience to stay at Tony hotel. You can walk around and have access to all restaurants, 24 hours market and pharmacy. 2 minutes walk to beach and very nice pool on top of the roof. It's clean and quiet but don't expect 5 star hotel service but really convenient. For sure next time we will visit Tony hotel again.
