Great Property and best of all employees are Happy. One observation if that if you are offered a Spa Suite upgrade and you accept is that the Golf Cart service to transport you to the main center and pools around the property is very slow and at times you could wait up to 20 minutes. Therefore if you have walking disabilities is something to considering twice before accepting. Other than this all services are EXCELLENT.

I just have to say we evacuated from Naples for hurricane Milton. From the first step this hotel was amazing the valet the front desk all the staff were friendly helpful willing to go an extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Everybody made us feel at home we traveled with 2 dogs they were treated so well. I would recommend staying here again and again!!

Exquisite destination
First class experience. I stayed in the Phil Mickelson Villa in a Deluxe Room with 2 Queen beds. Breakfast was included with my reservation. Extremely comfortable bedding and spacious bathroom with marble tops and shower. All ammenities from the complementary coffee, bottled water, & soaps etc... are very excellent quality. The sliding glass door opens up to a lanai or patio area overlooking one of the prestine golf courses holes tee off. The air conditioning worked extremely well and the double pane windows eliminated any sound from outside.The grounds are emmaculate from the vegetation and landscaping. One of the friendly hotel staff provided me a drop off to the villa via golf cart after check in at the front desk which was superb and very convenient. All hotel staff I encountered from the front desk, front door, and restaurant staff are extremely friendly and anticipates any need that would make your stay more enjoyable. The hotel staff out front are ready to assist you with your golf clubs and luggage right when you arrive. I would highly recommend staying at Trump National Doral which is conveniently located close to MIA airport. Thank you to the staff at Trump Doral, I look forward to my next visit and hopefully will have time to golf.
