We celebrated our 31st Wedding Anniversary and absolutely loved this home. House is even better than described and the Michiana Shores beach community is friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come back and thank you for your hospitality!

Our annual girls trip was fabulous thanks to this beautiful home. Exactly as advertised, this brand new home offered everything we wanted. It was about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and very close to shopping and dining. We recommend Dune Billie’s for breakfast! The hot tub and sauna were wonderful to relax in as well.

This house was perfect for our family! My kids loved the hot tub, board games and Xbox. We also enjoyed being able to use the beach cart and shovel since we did not bring these items with us from home. The house is gorgeous and was the cleanest VRBO that I have ever stayed in. The only items we did not have were a pizza pan and pizza cutter which we purchased at the local grocery store. Would definitely stay here again if in the area and would highly recommend!

This was one of the most beautiful and clean homes we have stayed at through VRBO. And we have stayed in a lot over the years. It was perfect for our vacation with 6 people. The house is newly built and very nicely decorated. There are 3 full baths which made getting ready and showing after the beach easy. There is a hot tub, fire pit and sauna. It is close to the beach and some nice restaurants in New Buffalo, which was a short drive. Host was easy to get a hold of and had good communication as needed during our stay. We would definitely return!

Awesome Beach Getaway
This property is amazing. Super clean and nice house with all the amenities you would ever need. My 7 and 9 year old loved the bags and game night cabinet. They thought it was the best place we ever stayed. The backyard is super private and relaxing. Also, it is very easy to get to the beach. I dropped the family off at Stop 37 and drove back to the house. It’s an easy ten-fifteen minute walk. We had a great time and the hosts were amazing. We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect place for our girls trip. The house was spotless and spacious. The hot tub was great. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit and relaxing. The infrared sauna was fantastic. Felt right at home. Perfect walk to the lake. We will definitely be back.

Amazing House!
I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful property. It was clean, inviting, well-stocked and overall beautiful. We had an amazing girls’ trip enjoying the hot tub, patio, and large kitchen. The beds were comfortable and it was walking distance to a gorgeous beach. Kris and Anabel were quick to answer questions. Stay here!

Amazing family vacation!
I don’t normally write reviews, but this house is the NICEST VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and nicely appointed. The neighborhood is super quiet and the wooded lot made it feel very private and secluded. If I had any complaints at all (and they’re not really complaints - more just observations): the bed was a little hard for my liking and the walls are a little thin. I could hear my son-in-law’s alarm going off (on vacation!!) and they could hear us talking on 2 separate floors. It was not enough of an issue that we wouldn’t stay here again, because we definitely would!! The walk to the beach (and nearby park for the grand babies) was such a lovely walk…Tree-lined, shaded streets with very few cars driving by. The hot tub was a nice bonus! It is definitely a 5-star experience!

Absolutely perfect!
The Modern Farmhouse was the absolute perfect place! Extremely clean, the house itself was beautiful, the backyard and hot tube were perfect and the hosts were fantastic! Very short drive to great places around including downtown New Buffalo. We will definitely be staying again when in the area and would highly recommend.

It just couldn't be better!
I have only wonderful things to say about this darling Farmhouse. Besides it being new and clean, it had state of the art "everything". I highly recommend this house and location for visiting the Indiana Dunes area. We could get to everything we wanted in 20 minutes or less. Please consider this if you are looking for this area.

The total package!
My family and I spent the 4th of July in this house. It’s absolutely amazing. We only really needed to show up with our clothes, food and toiletries, everything else is right there! I’ve rented many houses for vacations in the past, this house topped them all. Kris was very accommodating and easily reached from the day we booked until the day we left. 10 out of 10.

The house was beautiful, modern, clean. Every amenity you could think of was there. Loved the sauna and hot tub especially. One caveat was use google maps to find the address. Apple Maps won’t get you there, it’s a new build house. Other than that, flawless rental

The gem of the area!
Our experience with this property was excellent, from start to finish. The property owner was great to interact with and patient with all of my questions. What you see in the pictures posted with this listing is what you experience walking in. They are very true to the property. Great care was given to the finishes, amenities, appliances and décor. It is brand new construction, which felt great, and was very clean. While there were a few minor missing things for the way we utilize a VRBO or our preferences, it does have most of the basics needed for your stay. Fabulous home and we definitely would return!
