Visiting Kings Island
Excellent stay for the money. Clean, convienient for our stay at Kings Island, about a 30 min drive. Plenty of places to eat but we used the utinsels provided for two excellent nights. Very quiet neighborhood (even on the holiday 4th of July). AC was ice cold.

Family Vacation
During our stay we visited the Creation Museum, Ark encounter, Kings Island, Soak City. The furthest location was an hour and 20 minutes in the shortest location was 25 minutes the opposite direction, so it was a great in between spot to stay. The house was clean and had pretty much everything we would need aside from clothes and food, everybody had a great time!

The inside of the house is updated, clean and has everything you need. It's in an older somewhat run down neighborhood that is park on the street only, meaning, no driveway.
