Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ping pong table in the garage, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave, dishes and baking sheets. Just about an acre of land to enjoy nature, sounds of the birds chirping, bunnies hopping around and some chipmunks running quickly through the yard. Many near by festivals and year round activities. About 45 minute drive to Frankenmuth, 30 mins to Saginaw, just a couple miles off highway 10. Walking distance there are cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. For a little longer of a walk or short drive you will get to the mall that has many more shops and restaurants.

Convenient location
Great home with plenty of space for our family even our furry member. It is super close to Northwood for visiting our daughter. It is also a great place to go for walks and there is even a small park at the end of the street.

Excellent Midland Stay
This VRBO was perfect for us. We came in from Texas for a family reunion. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean, and more than enough cooking pots, pans and utensils for us to cook. If we had to change anything would be the couches, we’re just not used to futons, and having a TV in one of the bedrooms but these are very minor and did not in anyway make our stay uncomfortable. We will definitely rent this Vrbo again in the future. Thank you so much!

Very nice property, great location. The only thing I could say to improve would be to update the furniture. Couch's in the living room not very comfortable and maybe put TV's in the bedrooms. Still very clean and otherwise comfortable. Thanks
