Super hôtel à ne pas manquer
Super séjour, un service à la perfection, les tunisiens sont au petit soin avec les clients. L’hôtel est très propre et très agréable. La plage est très sécurisée. Le restaurant est à l’extérieur les jours de soleil, c’est super sympa et ils font des excellents bambaloni pour le goûter. Et la citronnade est très appréciable. Je suggérerai tout de même plus de plats tunisiens, ce sont les meilleurs. Le personnel nous a même proposé de prendre un café et un petit déjeuner froid alors que le taxi nous attendait dehors, à 4h00 du matin. En résumé : on reviendra, excellent rapport qualité prix. D’après tous les locaux, c’est le meilleur hôtel 4 étoiles de Djerba. Et je confirme qu’il est super. Les employés très accueillant très sympathiques. Tout étaient super. L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel. L’aspect chaleureux de l’établissement. Les seuls défauts : la connexion internet et l’impossibilité d’avoir des lits vraiment séparées. J’ai essayé un autre établissement 4 étoiles et honnêtement Je recommanderai à mon entourage l’établissement Telemaque. Pour les activités, demandé NAGUI sur place. Il vous fera les meilleurs prix. Un gros coup de coeur amical. Une personne vraie et très correct.

Cet hôtel est vraiment excellent, particulièrement le personnel de l’hôtel qui est exceptionnel, tout est bien pensé, organisé et de qualité j’ai fait plusieurs séjour en Tunisie c’est de loin le meilleur hôtel que j’ai pu faire, j’espère pouvoir y retourner très vite !

Personnel aimable avec la volonté d’une satisfaction client permanente. Clin d’œil au chef cuisinier pour la cuisine locale que je conseille vivement ! Un vrai régal pour ceux qui aiment la cuisine tunisienne. Et si vous avez la chance d’être servie par Bilel ou Elyes, alors c’est sûr, votre dîner ou votre dîner se déroulera à merveilles. Concernant le café, je vous conseille vivement si vous voulez un expression réussi dans les règles de l’art de le commander auprès de Sadok, il maîtrise parfaitement sa machine et le café est un délice. Et enfin, le personnel de chambre au 3e étage a été magnifique avec une attention différente chaque jour et une volonté de bien faire en se rendant disponible quand nécessaire. Merci.

Manque des aménagements pour les enfants et pareil pour la restauration, pas très adapté pour les enfants. Sinon le personnel tres gentil et accueillant, l'hôtel est agréable.

Nous avons écourté notre sejour de 5 nuitées a 1 seule nuitée. A notre depart, le responsable de l’hébergement nous a demande d’ecrire une feuille mentionnant que je ferai aucun commentaire negatif a l’encontre de l’établissement. Hotel que je ne recommande pas

L’eau minérale n’est pas minérale c’est de l’eau du robinet filtrée. Pas de wifi dans le chambre ni la 4G La nourriture est de mauvaise qualité. Les agents de sécurité disent des gros mots et boivent de l’alcool tout au long de la journée

Super hôtel avec une ambiance familiale, le personnel est vraiment formidable... Sonia à la réception met tout en œuvre pour satisfaire les hôtes... Bilel et Nizar au restaurant sont vraiment très professionnels... Adel bar piscine est un garçon très agréable et attachant... bravo à vous tous... Nous avons été très ravis de trouver du porc au buffet, même si mon compagnon est musulman, il était content pour moi... Juste un petit truc négatif, c est qu'on a remarqué que la police de la plage demande aux personnes des chevaux et des chameaux de quitter l endroits ou ils ont l habitude de se mettre... c est dommage, car vraiment, ils embêtent personne
