With over 3,000 square feet of opulent living space across four stories, this mountain lodge-style masterpiece boasts exquisite architectural details and lovely views of the Jordanelle Reservoir. Enjoy two fantastic suites and a top-floor flex room -- great for both families or working professionals.
Après ski relaxation awaits on the elevated deck. Rejuvenate with a soak in the private hot tub and admire the expansive views. Two balconies offer additional outdoor space for taking in the fresh mountain air.
Step out the back door for direct access to a ski-in, ski-out trail connecting to the most beautiful, private ski run in Deer Valley! Or, travel just 5 minutes to Snow Park. LIVING AREA
Beautifully appointed with a set of sofas and gorgeous leather armchairs, the Great Room boasts vaulted wood-beam ceilings and a gas fireplace. Upgraded TV with cable and streaming services is ideal for family movie nights or watching a sporting event.
KITCHEN & DINING
Gourmands will appreciate a state-of-the-art open kitchen and dining area, detailed with high-end Wolf appliances like a six-burner gas range as well as quartz countertops.
A three-seat island anchors the cooking space. Gather for meals in the corner dining nook, furnished with a spacious dining table.
BED & BATH
The primary suite holds a king bed, gas fireplace, and private balcony with mountain views. A spa-like en-suite bath has a walk-in steam shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and heated bidet.
Rest on a king bed beside the gas fireplace in the second suite. Enjoy a TV and en-suite bath with a walk-in steam shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and heated bidet.
A third bedroom has a full-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.
The top-floor bunk room is perfect for a family with two twin-over-queen bunk beds, TV, and a desk that could double as a work from home space. The en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination.
An additional guest bath adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Soak in the mountain-view hot tub on the back deck. Two balconies offer more private outdoor space -- unwind with a drink on the furnished balcony off the living room.
This all-season basecamp features a mudroom with abundant storage; store skis and mountain gear in convenient built-in cubbies lining the hallway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
