Hotel was 5 minutes from Railway stations. Plenty of place to eat in station. Friends Restaurant on corner near hotel served wonderful and well priced food. Breakfast at hotel was basic but plenty of it. Our room was very shabby with moldy curtains and walls could use a paint. For the price I think some updating should be done on this place. The location and staff are the best things about this place. Not luxury and modern as stated.

The hotel is close to the train and metro stations. The location suits well to our travel schedules. However, the staff at the reception was not friendly and welcoming. We arrived around the midday. Although the room was available, they insisted that we should wait until 2pm, the official check/in time, which was contradictory to the experience we had elsewhere in Italy. Additionally, the shower gets flooded easily due to insufficient draining size. Despite the wet carpet from the next room, they put us in the room without explanation. It was not a good experience at all

Property is clean, nice bed and big room and bathroom, the only downside is the AC was not working properly and it was pretty hot all the time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing right across Milano Centrale and close to the metro as well. I will definitely stay there again

The walls were dirty and my wife woke up with bumps on her legs. The shower barely worked. The entrance area was very clean and inviting as well as the halls to the rooms, but the rooms themselves need some TLC.

Excellent location for local travel. 2 minutes feom Milan Central train station, dont follow google maps. Small grocery close by to buy drinks and snacks. Tram stops steps from the front door. The staff is amazing. Martina is especially awesome. Extremely helpful with such a sparkling personality. Highly recommend this hotel if youre looking for a place to jump off for local travel.
