Very noisy got woken up by drilling and hammering round 7:30am not a good way to spend 2 nights in Milan. Very disappointed with hotel wanting €5 for each bag for them to hold on departure day !! Wouldn’t recommend these apartments.

Overall check in was easy and pleasant. Location was amazing. Checkout was equally easy. There are steps up to the elevator. Now about the elevator - it’s from early 1900s and definitely was scary at first but it worked fine. Bed was super comfortable and the room was quite large. Our biggest problems was the AC could not cool the room down. The others included a toilet seat that was rickety. And water pressure from the shower was non-existent. Overall, one for one night, it was fine. But thankfully we only stayed one night.

Excellent location and good communication with hosts. Bed was quite comfortable with a large bathroom area. Had a great sleep every night, outside noise was not an issue for us. Earplugs are provided if needed but windows are very good. Bedroom area has air conditioner but did not cool room very well. However understand it was extremely hot the 4 nights we were in Milan and A/C can only do so much. We had booked the White Room on hotels.com but upon arrival were told that hotels.com only booked a double room for us, not the White Room. A disappointment as not what we expected. When booking with hotels.com would suggest you confirm the room you have selected is what you will get. The apartment we were given was a lot smaller, no separate seating area, and lacked some amenities as advertised on a hotels.com such as coffee pods, tea, water etc. there is no washer or dryer. It would have been nice to have some additional dishes (breakfast bowls) as we did have some meals in room. Hotel did provide us with water when asked and the front desk staff were very courteous and friendly, helped with luggage up to room, easy check in and check out. Towels and garbage were refreshed/changed after 2 nights. Building is very old, with decor to match, quite quaint, like going back in time. The elevator is very small and of historic significance, very cool.

Not worth booking at this apartment hotel. Air conditioning is pre programmed to turn off after few hours in the middle of summer. Lift capacity is for 2 people only or 1 person and 1 bag. We saw guests fighting with the staff every time we visit the reception.

Wasn't a great place to stay. Its was very old, with a tiny elevator that you could barely fit one person in with a small bag. Tons of stairs up to the apartments if you couldn't use the elevator. It was very hot outside and the AC in the room barely worked. It would randomly turn off by itself as well, so when you would leave for the day and return later, it would be a sauna in the room. The shower was also very weak. There was absolutely no water pressure, it barely dripped out of the shower head so it took forever to try to even rinse off. Its a bummer because the 2 guys who worked there were very nice, but its was not a good experience. I would not recommend it to anyone. Try another place.

The accommodations were roomy, attractive, clean and best of all it was just steps away from the Duomo and the metro. Hassan was extremely helpful and polite. We had to arrive after check-in hours and he arranged to check us in close to midnight. I would definitely stay here again.

I give 5 stars for the location and check-in staff. I take 2 stars away because I had to ask for the place to be vacuumed and for utensils to be supplied after seeing the room. The kitchenette was missing utensils and bowls, and a sponge to wash dishes (I had to buy at a nearby store). When I went to use the pots and pans to cook, they had white mold in the bottom (wouldn’t wash off) and then the one that seemed clean after washing had crud so stuck around the sides that even after washing, started to crust off once heated on the stove and into the food I was cooking (obviously had to throw that food out). The AC also would not go colder than 25 celsius, even though I selected the remote to be 21 degrees. Also, they do not change linens and towels each day like it said in the hotel information when booking. Oh, and check out is 10:30 am, not 11 am like it says on Expedia. They will then store your luggage for free up until 1 pm, but then charge 5€ after that time. Although there were negatives, you can’t beat the location!

Location is fantastic however the cost of staying here in relation to what you get is very very pricey. The apartment block is very old which is what you expect in this part of Milano however upon arriving the reception area is no more than 1metre by 1metre in a dingy little dark area and three men greeted us with no real clarification as to who there were. This block also runs a luggage storage area and there were suitcases absolutely everywhere, if you are travelling alone I would not definitely stay there. There was no top sheet in the bed and when asked for a blanket because we were cold we were told that it’s summer now and all blankets are taken away, however he did go and find us one. Definitely not for children to stay, it’s quite scary.

Great stay! Room is right in the heart where you want to be. The pull out sofa and bed comfortable. Bonus - the whirlpool tub was wonderful after a day full of walking. Owner very nice and was able to get our room early after a long journey!

The apartment is a little run down, but pretty spacious. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and made check-in easy. The apartment is in the middle of the downtown pedestrian area, so it’s pretty loud at night. The staff provided ear plugs, which were much appreciated. You can’t beat the location for access to shopping, museums, and the Duomo.
