You are paying for the convenience of where this property is located , right across from Milan Centrale station. The options at breakfast was quite good : eggs, sliced meats , pastries, fresh orange juice . The room itself does not have coffee or tea included, neither a minibar. There is a mini fridge but it’s empty. Room has a huge luggage desk which was the best. The room was clean, however it’s not soundproof and you could hear the street noise. Staff are so kind and helpful. Overall a very good stay and worked for what we needed

So amazingly close to the train station and so nice and breakfast was a tremendous value. For a high turnover tourist hotel, the staff was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Fantastic value and worth every penny.

Nice, convenient hotel across from Milano Centrale. Cozy room perfect for a quick overnight stay. Enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop patio overlooking Piazza Duca d’Aosta. Only undesirable were the water stains on ceiling in bathroom.

am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent stay, reservation number 72883642329208, on August 23. Upon checking in, the atmosphere was chaotic, with people screaming, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk agent. Despite being two guests, we were only given one key. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the Wi-Fi provided was unsecured, which poses a significant privacy concern. When I requested an iron, I was informed by the staff at reception, Simone and Edoardo, that I would have to use it in the lobby rather than having one brought to the room. This was highly inconvenient. Furthermore, the immediate surrounding areas did not feel secure, even during the day, making me apprehensive about staying there at night. The lack of security and hospitality were enough reasons for me to have to find a last minute alternative accommodations. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially given that I traveled from another country and had expectations based on the marketing provided by Expedia, which did not match reality.
