Well, after a booking cancelled of 4 hours off my arrival in Milan, this Hotel had spaces. I've paid over the odds but we didn't sleep in the street. The staff were aware off my late arrival and checked me in. The down side was the bathroom .Was separated from the room,but we did move on. Overall experience ok, could be better and could had been worse. The breakfast was basic. The location is ok given the transports around, underground, tram,buses. Thanks guys for everything

The place is not good. First day when my nephew took a shower; water get into the bathroom (we order room with private bathroom). Before they are able to move to another room; we have to use share bathroom; that bathroom is dirty. When they moved us to the second floor with private bath room; the bathroom has broken faucet. It still function but you have to hold it if you want to turn it on. It take time to have hot water. The only good about this place is near metro station. About 6-8 minutes walking.

The place was so nasty, where do I start…the drain was clogged in the shower. When we opened the bed sheets it had a pubic hair, the place needs a good cleaning.

I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". I told him (a young man) that it sometimes happens, and I was going to pay this tax (I showed the invoice of Expedia). Even though I showed the invoice, he reacted in a very aggressive was saying "this is not true" and called me LIAR. I told him that to call a liar is a complete lack of respect and I asked for an apology, he stand up and approach to me showing that he was going to hit me, he said “I will never apologize” and said that he had a Master degree. If a person with Master degree treat his customer, with no reason, he must have some problem. I am so confused of his reaction because I gave him the 20 Euros, to pay the tax, in his hands then, there was no way of a misunderstanding. He said that he had no balance (the tax was 3 Euros) and aggressively asked me exactly the 3 Euros.

Eles não deixaram usar o estacionamento e não tinha nenhum carro estacionado na garagem. Foram super grossos no atendimento, coisa normal na Itália, mais o atendente era indiano... Me ofereceram café só no dia seguinte quando o atendente resolveu ser cortes.

Its good for one or two nights amd for only sleeping not to enjoy the stay , as no AC in the rooms and 5hr fan is too week , but its ok for sleeping

The pictures posted on the site and the ones you get are completely different. There is nothing but a broken pedestal fan and the room was really hot. The staff are also not very polite. no restaurant either!

Music B&B

Music B&B has friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are named after musicians and not numbered which was interesting. The breakfast was good. I truly appreciated the unlimited latte macchiato’s. The area has a couple of good restaurants around and the metro is about 3 minutes walking distance.

HORRIBLE & UNSANITARY

This hotel was ridiculous for the price! The room had a weird smell to it and I got flee bites! One bathroom per a floor that is shared among 3 other rooms. Breakfast includes chocolate cake or chocolate croissant... i wouldn't recommend to anyone and staff members weren't friendly nor helpful.

HORRIBLE. UNSANITARY

Completely disappointed not worth the price of $145.00. I was expecting a clean room not one with a weird stench and I also got flee bites, many of them, totally unacceptable!!! One bathroom per a floor that you must share with 3 other rooms (guests). The breakfast that is included consisted of 2 things; chocolate crossaint or chocolate cake. Do not stay here!! Bad location as well!

Fun and convenient place to stay

The staff member in reception was very helpful and offered all of the advice we needed for our stay, especially helping us to get to the airport in time when we almost missed our plane!

Hostel- not a hotel or bed and breakfast.

Pros: spacious room, short walk to metro. Cons: ambivalent receptionists, no blankets, no heating, breakfast not good, charge of 2 Euro per day per person for the use of towels and bed linen. This is really a low quality hostel and not a hotel or a bed and breakfast. It's late fall and they refused to turn on the heater after multiple requests. They keep telling me the heater is on automatic setting. They didn't have any blankets so they gave me a bed sheet to use as a blanket. On top of this, upon check in they charge me and my partner each two Euro per night. So a two night stay costs 8 Euro for two small towels! I was so shocked that I didn't think of just refusing to pay for towels for the second night - we didn't want to leave our keys with the reception so they can change the towels and make the bed. I have never been to a hotel that had such poor service and set up.

Séjour très décevant. L’hôtel ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos que nous avions. l’hôtel faisait beaucoup plus miteux que prévu. En ce qui concerne l’accueil, l’agent d’accueil n’était pas du tout sympathique , nous avions l’impression de le déranger. Il n’a même pas voulu qu’on rentre notre voiture dans la cour de l’hôtel sachant qu’il était écrit sur l’annonce que le parking était disponible. Il n’a même pas pu nous renseigner sur comment payer le parking à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Très déçu. Je ne recommande pas.
