Disliked: Cleanliness
An absolute disgrace of a place.
This apartment we stayed at, was a shambles from the get go.
Communication from the management, i have given this a 1 rating and I would give it even less if I could.
Although the responses from management were swift, what they failed to make us aware is that the apartment was full of bugs that they had no answer too, these bugs were not just a one off, they were found in the beds, on kitchen worktop tops crawling out from the sofa bed under the kitchen table and chairs and also all over the TV stand. The only solution the had for this was to provide us with an empty bottle of bug killer in the apartment.
The apartment seemed like it had not been clean or even rented out for quite some time.
The bed sheets and duvet for the sofa bed, that was located under the main bed was stained all over, no cleanliness at all.
We left the apartment at 4am on the same night to check into another hotel. This apartment was just not good enough.
