Clean, spacious room and bathroom. The room was cold but there was an electric heater. The service could be easily improved by providing a kettle or allowing one to use the coffee machine at free hour. Attention to clients is not the highest. I asked if I could borrow a mouse overnight, the query was taken into account lacking conviction, and ended up being refused. Information on shops nearby was kindly provided, not noticing that the shops were closed.

Chose this hotel for it's location between the 2 main rail stations in Milan. We arrived late and left early due to rail connections. We were checked-in easily even though it was approx 11pm. We did not have / book breakfast at the property. Room was very basic, but clean and had AC. Bathroom is shared - and we knew this at the time of booking, so no surprises. It was clean and functional - we were probably the first to use it on the day of departure so can't comment on what it's condition or waiting times may (or may not) have been later. This was a basic hotel and the price reflected that so with our experience I can't really complain. And yes, we saw the cat - very cute - in the reception.

Starting with the breakfast, the selection of items was quite disappointing and limited, with only coffee being the reliable option. To our dismay, when we requested yogurt, we were informed that it had already run out for the day. This left us wondering what else we could eat, as the choices were severely lacking. The aspect that bothered me the most was the condition of the beds and the constant noise from outside while trying to sleep. The beds had a noticeable sag in the middle, making it incredibly uncomfortable to get a good night's rest. In fact, after just one night, I woke up with back pain caused by the inadequate support. Additionally, the fact that the bathrooms were shared meant that waiting in line was to be expected. To make matters worse, upon learning about the negative reviews from other customers, we realized our mistake of not checking them beforehand. Had we been aware of the poor feedback, we definitely would not have chosen this hotel. Furthermore, the owner's unprofessional behavior of attacking reviewers with personal details and comments was completely unacceptable in my opinion. Based on my experience, I believe it's possible to find better hotels within the same price range.

It was a hostel in all but name. Only there for 5 hours as our train was delayed and we had an early start. Room was expensive considering not en suite. Staff member was friendly and helpful. Easy to find and the location was perfect for is, but the best we could say was it limited.

This place is falsely advertised and needs to have things written verbatim of what is offered and what is not offered. The owner is aggressive, rude and disrespectful. Within 2 hours of being at the property, we had to leave and book a hotel elsewhere because my daughter and I had an allergic reaction to a cat that the owner allows to roam around the halls and into our rooms. There are 2 small bathrooms shared with 15 rooms and the toiletries provided are a 7 ml shampoo packet and one towel. There is not even a hand towel in the bathroom. There are no kettles in the rooms. Breakfast is cereal and small muffins which claims to be Italian food. When I wrote a review on Google, the owner attacked us using personal information from our passports and used hateful and discriminatory speech towards us. He called us peasants, ignorant and uneducated people. I’m not sure how hotels.com can stand behind such a business - the reviews on Google aside from mine are not very good either. Many people complain of the owner being rude and disrespectful. However, he is still on the hotels.com website as an option for people to stay in Milano. It is really disheartening that a website is backing up a motel that is not caring or kind towards any of its customers. Another issue was that the keys are universal and once you enter the property, you say the room number - so everyone can say whatever room number and it’s not checked if they are in that room - they are just given the key. Do not book this hotel!!! This is not a hotel, it is a hostel. You are renting a bed- that’s it. Only one shower allowed per day. Shared single bathroom (one toilet and one shower- no soap) with entire floor. No laundry service even though it was advertised at the time I booked my stay. Rude staff. “Cafe” is just an expresso machine on a rolling cart. Hard beds. Limited outlet plugs. Rude staff. No room service/ cleaning service. If you want to know the attitude of the manager, check out their response to a bad review on google - very immature. It was “safe” but I just didn’t feel safe staying there - just my feelings.
