Staff is very helpful,Friendly and courteous . The room is clean and spacious. Parking is available and easy to get in and out. Location is perfect to be close to all major cities and attractions without having to deal with the traffic of center city .

The property was wonderful and the staff was friendly. There were not a lot of options within walking distance for families and those with limited walking capability. We were able to eat at the hotel restaurant, which was very good.

Excellent place to stay. The professionalism of the staff was top-notch!! They were helpful with recommendations from local restaurants to the best way to travel (taxi or metro). Even eating at their restaurant was a wonderful experience! Staff that we have to mention because of the vast knowledge of Milan and Italy overall were Sarah, Giuseppe, Andrea, Olim Arianna and of course MEDO ( all went above and beyond to make our Italian experience fantastical!)
