A lovely stay. When our train to Lake Como was cancelled we got stuck in Saronno so it was either pay loads on a taxi or get a hotel. We chose this hotel and it was a god send. Very close to Saronno train station, with very friendly staff. The room was clean and stylish. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and the latte was much needed to start our continuing journey. We would highly recommend if you’re staying in the area or need a stop off if travelling.

It was acceptable for one short night and staff were friendly. Hotel and equipment is old and tired and, in my opinion, breakfast was below par. Was all clean and tidy though to be fair.

This hotel is a 3 stars hotel at its best. Many things missing. The amenities in the room are very limited. Just as an example they do not have glasses in the bathroom to brush your teeth. Never seen that in a hotel before. I’ve seen disposable cups but no glasses at all, it was a first. What really makes up for it is the staff. Very helpful and curious. They were what made our stay at hotel a pleasant one. The breakfast are very good too.

The queen-sized bed was perfect for 3 of us, with plenty of room, especially with my 3-year-old son who can take up most of the space. So was perfect if you have a toddler with you. The staff were amazing from start to finish, very helpful and friendly, and made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you.

We were looking for a place to stay outside of Milan with easy access to the transport system. This hotel met our needs. good location, easy walking distance to the centre of town, bars, restaurants, etc. train station 200m from hotel easy access to Milan and lake Como.

As our flight from Milan was cancelled we had to find a place to stay for an extra night. Hotel Cyrano had a good deal and good reviews so we decided to go here. It was fine value for money but it didn’t feel like a four star hotel. Breakfast was very average and the amenities in the room were limited. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi details and the 4G was rather poor in the hotel. We tried ringing reception but with no luck and as it was late we decided to leave it. The tv had Netflix but it wasn’t connected to the internet so we couldn’t use it. Bed was comfy enough but there was no sound insulation and so you could hear everyone’s conversations in the rooms next to you. Close to the train station and a short walk to the main town. Staff were friendly.

Very good for a short one night stay, had the basics we wanted and the bed was comfortable. Shower was powerful and warm. The only bad part was the breakfast, we barely ate any as it was not good, limited options and cheap items. Otherwise a good quick stay.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was a great value. Parking on site with breakfast. The area felt safe in general, but it's not next to anything special in particular. The room was non-smoking, but we could smell some smoke either from outside or from a neighboring room.

Hotel is walking distance to the Saronno train station. It also offered convenient car parking. Initially the room was not set up according to our booking, but the staff immediately fixed it and were helpful. Breakfast was decent--they even had some eggs.
