The hotel is close to the Duomo. You can walk there in 5 minutes. It is also close to public transport, and other attractions and shopping. so for location, I highly recommend it. The staff were great and willing to assist with queries. Again another strong point. The downside and why I only gave it a 4 star overall is because there were not enough PowerPoints in the room (none in the bathroom which is not good if you have an electric shaver for example). There were only 3 towels for 4 people. The location of the tv was strange. The kids could watch it from their beds but nobody else could. As I said, the hotel was good, staff great and location excellent. It was those small things that detracted from giving it 5 out of 5. Highly recommended hotel!

Nice place to stay while in Milan. Close to the Duomo area making it easy to walk to museums, shopping, and restaurants. Has a really nice rooftop.

Great location, close to the duomo and other restaurants etc. I booked a family room for the four of us, one a coeliac. The dietary requirements were met, which was great. The room itself was spacious, with a huge bathroom, and a walk in closet. However, the room was furnished sparse and despite asking for towels for 4, the hotel only gave us cover for 3. I called reception, they agreed to send extra of everything, but they haven’t given slippers. At night there was incredibly loud music coming from the rooftop (probably) and I felt it was unfair of the hotel not to warn us about an event that went on until 2am. Lovely view from the room and the rooftop bar in the afternoon, even if they charge 8 euros for a coke.

Be aware: do not accept a room on 9th floor. This is under their rooftop club which plays music until well after the midnight. We stayed only two nights. The second night was particularly painful. Although it was a Thursday, the club upstairs continued the loud music until 12:40 am. It stopped at midnight the night before. We had an early train the next day so sleeping early was our goal … To add to our misery, after the music stopped one of the powerful LED lights in the room next to the door just turned on and off after a few seconds. Then again at 2am this bright light turned on for about thirty minutes. On the whole we could not sleep that night.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel truly warrants it. We paid nearly $1500 for a 3-night stay, and it was a disaster. 1. The toilet was coming off the wall when we arrived. We informed the staff, who promised to send a technician—nothing happened and technician was never sent. 2. Both my fiancé and I woke up with bites all over our bodies. While we didn’t find bed bugs, something was clearly wrong. We were itchy throughout the stay—beware! 3. The Wi-Fi was terrible, frequently cutting out, and when it worked, it was slow. The lack of a password made it accessible to anyone, probably causing the speed issues. 4. The elevators were a nightmare. There are only three, and one was out of service our whole stay. We waited over 10 minutes every time, with a 13-minute wait just to check out. If you’re on a higher floor, good luck! 5. Housekeeping was bizarre, knocking at 6 PM or even 8:30 PM to see if we needed cleaning after being gone all day. 6. For the price, I expected better amenities. There was no iron or steamer unless requested, and when we got one, it was broken, leaking water everywhere. For the price we paid, the experience was awful. Never again! Think twice before booking here.

Very nicely located
Great location!!! Walkable to the main attractions in the Duomo area, nice restaurants and fashion stores close by. Very accessible for taxi service. Hotel staff were quite nice and very accommodating providing us with an extra bed. We were happily surprised with how spacious our room was.

I didn’t like the fact that expedia had booked me on the SAME days in this hotel in milano as with its sister hotel in Firenze. so u can imagine my surprise after expedia had bookings of my travels in their system since Novisad , Belgrade, Rome, Firenze ,Milano to arrive in milano n find out my day of checkin was my checkout day. i will be taking this up with expedia upon my return to Australia.

The location is very good as it is within walking distance to the Duomo. But if your room is facing the road, you will get the noise from the tram esp in the morning with occasional siren from ambulance. The staff has kindly moved us to another room facing the inner courtyard on the second night. Also the knobs for the shower and sink are very hard to use coz they are circular with no grips!
