I've stayed at this hotel more then once for many days, I know it well. It's ok.
Pros:
Very clean and modern. Affordable and well priced.
Very quiet. Can't hear your neighbors at all.
The neighborhood is safe and nice.
The hotel is managed by a husband and wife team and with the exception of perhaps Sunday, they're always around to deal with problems.
Cons:
The airport shuttle isn't free, it's 50 EURO. To be fair a taxi is 90 Euro.
The view from my window was half obstructed by storage.
The breakfast is good for Italian hotel standards but runs out quickly and doesn't get replenished even within breakfast hours.
Checking in on Sunday will require you to have a cell the works in Italy.
Tips:
There's a train station within walking distance of the hotel with service to the airport and downtown. On Sundays and after hours buy your tickets at the cafe across the street. There is no ticket vending machine at the station.
