Outstanding service from staff at reception, especially Bruno. The breakfast was adequate and well presented. Lifts worked. Short walk from Milan Central station. Roomy accommodation. The only negative was that air conditioning was advertised and there’s no air conditioning. We couldn’t cool down our room, which made for sticky nights in cold weather. The room was dated and didn’t look like the picture at all.

I loved my stay here. The hotel is so vibrant. You can do color therapy in your room. It is close to everything. I wandered aimlessly around the hotel and found all these magical Christmas lights in back streets and cafes. Loved it so much

Stayed twice at this hotel. The staff is very, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern, and it is within walking distance to the central train station, as well as to metro stations. I would definitely recommend.

Sadly not one of my best experiences with you.most of colleagues were friendly hotel location good very good for train station .hotel looks lod and feels past its best clean and breakfast ok .my problem is im old and solo so i opt for cheaper rooms.i suffer from COPD i also am a very heavy snorer unfortunately in this hotel the soundproofing is not there you can hear next room room above very clearly .my poor sleeping experience was finished off by been woken up two nights in a row by stamping from above i guess in annoyance at me.i know my condition is a problem but the hotel needs to correct the soundproofing shame as i enjoyed milan a lake como was superb and there are good restaurants close to hotel i hate complaining and im sorry as the colleagues were good

It’s a winner for budget conscious travelers
Front desk staff was incredibly helpful always and in all ways. Location near Central Station is great and we were referred to excellent reasonably priced restaurants. Breakfast and service were excellent and great value for money.
