Good staff , we where kindly helped by Simone from the front desk, always there to help with a smile , hotel is located 2 bus stops from the airport, costs 2,20€ Per 90 min of public transport use . This is enough to get you to milan with the 73 bus , very cheap if your on a budget .overall breakfast is also good.

One of the bad hotels I ever stayed at
If you like to know how to survive 30 C degree, please book this hotel. Even with "air conditioner on" that was controlled by the hotel, it was 30 degrees inside. The washroom also smelled bad. The breakfast was good.

Nice hotel but not a great location for tourists
Everything was great with this hotel, the room was clean, the front desk associates were very friendly and provided us the information to go around the town, complimentary breakfast was great. Only problem with this hotel is the location. This hotel is a bit outside the milan city and the area is bit risky to commute after sunset, especially when you are a tourist visiting the town commuting through public transportation is not very comfortable.

Good location near airport. We planned to spend the night before an early flight. The air conditioning did not work, so it made for a sweaty night. The staff tried to help out, but did not have any portable fans and could not fix the air conditioning. They were able to offer a single bed in another room for one of our three-person party, and they made us an early breakfast, so they really tried to come through, but it was still an unpleasant and mostly sleepless night before a long day of travel, so I can't really recommend the place.
