The check in process was horrid took over 30 min, that’s not reasonable, need more staff to manage if they are that busy. Room was the average European single room, size of a Canadian prison cell basically. Was relatively clean, shower had hair in it from previous occupants which is one thing I can’t stand… overall the public areas were nice, overall was not a bad hotel for Europe and for the price

The staff were good, the lobby is nice, but the rooms are very small and there are no any amenities in room, very small, just beds and very small cabinet and TV nothing else no jug of water, no mini bar, no enough area. The mattress is very thin with height of about 4cm only and this make it move always when you sleep on. Last day, and at 1 pm there is a row of more than people just wait because there was only one receptionist. I paid 960 USD for 3 nights only (858 42 Insurance 60) for a room did not worth 250 USD for the whole 3 days. As well as they sent me through Expedia an invoice of 27 EURO in Italy and I already paid the 27 Euro to the receptionist with glasses and in cash. They should check well before send a message. Clean and efficient property. Room was small for two people but manageable. There are no electric outlets at the headboard so an extension cord was provided for a cpap. The breakfast and service were great.
