The short review would be: “Just don’t stay there”. Or “slightly better than sleeping in your car”. The long review would be: Rooms are dirty and worn down; bathroom and shower is almost unhygienic and shower head was moldy Walls are so flimsy you can hear the movie in the room next door Reception staff - with one exception (a lady in the morning)- is inattentive and don’t like their job. Check in is at 3pm not 2 pm as advertised. Shuttle service stops at 11 am so useless if you get there in the afternoon. The hotel is surrounded by an industrial area and at night is quite scary and unsafe. To get to the subway you need to get a bus and it will take you about 20 minutes. So avoid unless you want to ruin your vacay and even if you just need a place to crash for a night find another option.

CECKIN IS NOT AT 2PM as it says on the website, they only allow check-in at 3pm. We planned the trip with what they showed on the website and we had to wait until three and postpone all the commitments we had. We booked two rooms, when we arrived at the hotel they only gave us one room, only after I asked about the other room twice and showed my email did they decide to give me the second room. If you are a lay person, they will cheat you and give you just one room... the shower in the rooms had no water pressure, which made it impossible to wash my hair (since I have long hair) very little water came out of the shower. and also the silicone bathrooms were full of black mold marks. Anyway, a lot of wrong information, don't trust the information shown online, the photos that show the hotel are outdated photos

There was hardly anything to like about the property. I booked two rooms for my family of six, but there was hardly anything good about the property. The rooms smelled badly, the fridge in each of the rooms didn't work, the bed sheets had stain marks, the bins were broken. To make matters worse I slept with my youngest son on the same bed and we experienced what appears to be multiple bug bites that swole up and became large watery bullous blisters. These blisters are red in color and intensely itchy. We really deserve compensation for these issues.

We couldn’t wait to leave.
Really disappointed in this very grotty hotel. The public areas look nice but our quadruple room was awful. The sofa bed was tiny with padding that came apart, curtains were ripped, floor was stained; shower cubicle broken, toilet seat wonky… overall really horrible! Check in time wasn’t right, free public shuttle bus wasn’t operational and overall we couldn’t wait to leave! Avoid.

The reception staff were very rude and unhelpful. The room was very tatty lots of broken item's in the bathroom, shower very weak and cold, toilet seat broken, hand rail in shower missing, sink tap very dirty, no plug in sink. Electricity went off twice during stay. The tissues box never had tissues in. The carpet in bedroom was wet. When we tried to complain they said they didn't understand English so couldn't help

8 euro's a night for what was supposed to be secure parking, in/out barrier up all the time, aircon doesn't work, shower head hanging off, no plug in sink, curtains hanging off, lots of stains on carpet, only 3 hangers, crooked tv bracket, 1 out of 3 bulbs working in bathroom, breakfast ok but bacon swimming in oil. MILES away from anything, no local bars restaurants or bars in the middle of industrial area. would not recommend this hotel

I liked the breakfast spread they had, however, they didn't even bring out the eggs on our second morning. We were told when we booked that breakfast was included but when we got there we had to pay. The floor in our room wasn't cleaned properly as we found Almonds that weren't ours on the floor. During breakfast, it was hard to find a clean table. When we asked the front desk for a second pillow, the guy at the desk sighed and seemed very upset that we had asked for a pillow. Then he said he would bring one up in 20 minutes. The beds were made nicely, and the breakfast was very good. The Lobby was clean and the front entrance was well kept.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. All the staff was really rude, from the front desk to the waitresses at the restaurant. The only nice person we found that had a smile was the lady cleaning our room. The pictures are not at all how the rooms look like, the rooms look old and dirty and the shower is so small you cant even have a proper shower. Also, the hotel is far away from Milan. You have to choose between paying a taxi 80 euros to take you to Milan or getting one bus and 2 metros to get there. But if you are coming back to the hotel at night the bus stations feels unsafe.

Our room didn’t have electricity. The hotel was Ok and we had breakfast but our room literally did not have electricity. We sat in the dark. It’s also incredibly far from anything to see.
