The hotel staff were very helpful and the property was very central to amenities. Staff gave excellent recommendations for food and areas to visit. The room was clean and met our needs. Be aware that there are no food options in hotel other than snacks. This is not an issue as the hotel is two minutes walk from a large variety of cafes/restaurants/shops. We would stay again.

Great location!
The hotel and its staff were wonderful! The room was comfortable with perfect running air conditioning. The carpet was a bit dirty but overall the room was clean. The hotel is perfectly located within a few feet from the metro. I would stay here again.

Terrific location. walkable to the Duomo, La Scala and the fashion district. also very close to the Metro station (M1 and M3 lines). The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms/showers. There are a number of excellent coffee/pastry shops also within walking distance. The support/advice that we received was highly dependent upon who was on duty at the time.

The communication with the staff was great. Even though the location is excellent, if you drive to the hotel be ready for a challenge… parking lot very close. The staff was very receptive and welcoming.

Perfect central location next to Duomo. Staff was very helpful and recommended and reserved dinner for us at a great restaurant away from the center of action. Cute lively street with lights, shopping and restaurants. They upgraded us to a very large room with separate sitting area and helped arrange transportation for us during a public transportation strike. Only stayed one night then moved on so would highly suggest if you want to hit the highlights.
