Love this property, location was great. Roof top pool was amazing, the only complaint was they close pool to early(7pm) After exploring Milan, we would of liked to take a swim, but told pool getting ready for apps and drinks. Pool should at least stayed open till 8 or 9.

New hotel with a fantastic history (old church). We were upgraded to a suite for 2A+2C but we were 4A, so a sofa bed is really not okay. Spa at room terrasse had absolutely no atmosphere with a view to an old congress hall. Pool were a playground far from a relax area. Breakfast buffet was almost empty, chairs were dirty and quality of food was bad. Way to go to charge the prices they do. Bad experience.

Rooms were dirty on multiple occasions and we told management in which they only compensated with free parking. Expected more from this hotel, won’t stay again.

This is a very clean and modern hotel. The location is superb, 2 subway stops from San Siro Stadium and 1 stop and an easy transfer to get to the center of Milan. The rooms are spacious and super clean with amenities like espresso machine and refrigerator in room. The concierge, especially Paolo was exceptionally helpful with arranging transportation and activities prior to our visit which was so helpful. The area is up and coming with lots of food and shopping coming in the future, but we found wonderful places to eat (including the hotel restaurant) within walking distance. Will stay here again!!

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Metro around the corner so easy to get around Milan. Cons: Tried calling room service after concert and finally after 40 mins someone picked up and fruit was only option, a little disappointing and 28 euro per person for breakfast buffet at little extreme. But otherwise a lovely experience.

The hotel itself was very lovely however there was construction work going on outside. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but at times we’d wait at the bar or reception for ages before being seen to. Service was slow. We’d booked a twin room (girls trip) and were given a double even though I’d emailed aged to confirm these details, however I did not get a response. We were moved but there was no apology.

Great hotel great pool and amazing seating area at the front. Staff very good and breakfast was amazing and very good value. The shower was terrible almost no pressure and the bar staff at the pool were quite agressive almost rude. Overall would recommend this hotel but it’s in a commercial district not Milan centre
