Beautiful well maintained hotel. Apartment was huge and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Easy access to train and bus. Convenient store across the street. Restaurants on site and bar serving the best sprit aperol I've ever tried. Will stay here next time visiting Milano.

Stayed here for the Monza GP. Excellent location and nice hotel overall. Lovely sized room with a balcony over looking the pool which was a lot quieter than the other side of the hotel. The breakfast selection is excellent - the only thing that lets it down is the evening restaurants - the Brasserie and Bar are next to each other, with 2 different menus but nothing to say which is which. The bar is very badly run, wait for ages for drinks and food, then the barman forgets whoā€™s ordered what so leaves food on the side and waits for you to ask. He also randomly wanders off for long breaks leaving no one serving. Very slow. Shame as this lets the hotel down - recommend going elsewhere for food and drinks!

We stayed in a self catered family apartment with two bedrooms, perfect for a family break. The kitchenette enabled us to choose whether to eat out, get delivery in or prepare our own food. Breakfast in the hotel was free for the kids, so we treated ourselves one morning. We arrived a few hours early but because our room was ready, they allowed us to enter straight away. The kids loved the pool, and the Metro was a short walk away for exploring Milan. T apartment was quiet and cool.

The staff was great, but we did not like the food at the restaurant. The hotel has a Metro station within 10 minutes walking. The pool and the room were very clean. The air conditioning in the room was excellent.

Service response was very poor. Bathroom flush was leaking, complained 4 times but not any response. Both the nights were very uncomfortable because of nice of flowing water. Restaurant food was also not up to the mark.
