The staff are just fantastic. They assisted us with train booking change, gave fantastic directions and always showed friendly and caring demeanor. The rooms were good size and the location was superb. I believe it was Andre the concierge that we remember the most.

A Wonderful Stay in Milan
We were stopping in Milan for the last night of our Italy trip. Since we had limited time, I wanted to stay in a hotel that was located close to the Duomo and other important sites. This hotel was in a perfect location. It was on a beautiful quiet street, but when you walk a few steps, you are in the center of the piazza overlooking the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The AC worked great which was extra important since we came from parts of Italy where there is no AC in the rooms. Fabio and Pietro at the front desk were so nice and so helpful. We had issues with our transfer to the airport and they were extremely helpful and made calls for us. I would definitely stay here again when I go to Milan.
