The property is pretty decent for the area, the price is also fair for what you get as Brera is an upscale area. Try not to get the room that’s on the first floor facing the roads, because the trams on the roads can be pretty loud and operate for late hours. Other than that the staff was great and very friendly and the service was top notch.

Clean Modern Hotel in Excellent Location for Sites
The Unique Hotel is very conveniently located to walk to most of the major sites in Milan including the Duomo, Last Supper, Galleria, La Scalia, and Castello Sforzesco. We took the train to Milano Cadorna station and walked to the hotel. It was a bit longer off a walk than we expected (15 minutes) and with 2 bags each we probably should have taken a taxi. Lesson learned. The hotel is nice and clean and modern inside but not much to look at from the outside. The room itself is on the smaller side but the bathroom was bigger and comfortable. The breakfast area was small but was very nice and the staff is incredibly friendly. There are many restaurants close by and the hotel is very well located to fit a lot in in a short period of time.

Staff were really lovely and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and a quick walk to the Duomo etc. Rooms felt new and clean and were lovely. Husband noted the doors on rooms quite thin and he could hear a lot of noise (I wear earplugs). Would stay here again

The rooms were big for Italy including nice bathrooms. We had a nice surprise with an “outdoor” extension of our adjoining room that had a large jacuzzi tub, table, and sitting area. What we enjoyed most about the hotel was the staff. Super friendly and helpful.
