This hotel is a joke, from the moment you walk in the front staff make you feel unwelcome , we asked about walking to the terminal and they say that it is not possible and that Expedia has not corrected the issue so it must be their fault !!! Food at dinner is extremely average and expensive , service is awful , breakfast was not great and service also non existent, really apart that it is a new hotel and the rooms are nice the really need to train their staff to treat customers with respect , definitely not a friendly place , location is close to the airport but it will cost you $5 per person per trip to get there 700 meters , total rip off !! And they make you pay for it in advance !!! And it is on their schedule every 30 minutes whether you like it or not ! We liked it so much that for our second night we went somewhere else much nicer, cheaper and friiendlier !

Tribe hotel is a joke
Could possibly be the worst experience I’ve ever had. Checked in, went to room, a/c didn’t work. Front desk said they would send someone up. 30 minutes later and sweaty, I had to go to front desk to ask for new room. A/c was slightly better but still not great. Call to desk said they would fix it from their desk. Nothing changed. We had an early flight and didn’t sleep a bit. Went to shower, no soap in dispensers. Went to wash hands, no soap there either and the lotion dispenser was empty as well. Called front desk to fill, they said they would send someone up, never saw anyone.

Needs a little more attention. Very quiet. Somewhat comfortable bed. Recommend two pillows for each person. Soap/shampoo dispensers should be checked before guests arrive (ours did not dispense). Staff is pleasant and professional. Breakfast is good.

Great experience!
Excellent hotel with awesome location nearby terminal, before you arrive make sure let them your arrival hour by train and they can send you the shuttle for €5 per person , while the taxis will cost you €20 or even €25 paying with card . Very nice friendly service, delicious food at restaurant , love the experience!! Wil definetly come back !!

Clean and close to the airport
The room was very clean but the a/c was broken, by the time they suggested we switch our room it was past midnight. The shuttle that they said would pick us up in 10 minutes came 45 minutes later & the hotel is less than a 5 minute drive away. Having said that, I would stay at this hotel again.

Fanrastic location, do need to book and use shuttle as cant walk on motorways! Great food in restaurant and fab pool area. Mother and 2 children had a great time staying 2 nights in mini suite. Great to unwind , relax and keep cool while we relaxed and acclimatised before moving on to enjoy more of Italy, in 37 degree heat. Hotel very quiet around noon to 3 pm, perfect to have pool area to yourselves. Staff very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend

Clean modern hotel right near terminal one of Milan airport. Free parking was available on site. My only small problem was the bugs flying around at the parking area
