Our check in was delayed to a previous late check out. They put us in a room,while we for our original room to be ready. The only thing that was a negative about it is that my card was charged the day prior, yet my room wasnt ready upon arrival. Overall the stay was magnificent! I would def return to this hotel when staying in Milan. It gives luxury n was not overly priced. staff was amazing as well

The room was completely different from the photos. The light was flickering, and even after I notified the front desk, they never resolved it. When I requested water, I was told it’s only available on the first day. There was no iron or ironing board provided, and they didn’t leave any extra toilet paper, so we ended up without it one morning. Housekeeping only comes in the early morning, and I was told at 10:30 that we needed to leave soon or it would be too late. Additionally, the phone to reach the concierge didn’t work and it was super noisy.

We only stayed at this hotel one night but we had a great experience! Clean rooms, friendly staff, they even called us a taxi the morning we were leaving. We used the spa and had a great time there as well. Highly recommend. Location was 15 mins away from city center by taxi and lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby- we recommend cucina romana walking distance from hotel!

Super hotel
A fabulous hotel with attention to detail. The room was large, beds super comfy and coffee/tea provided with a coffee machine. The cleaning was excellent and the room was spotless. The products in the bathroom were lovely too and in dispensers so not to use the little bottles which are waste of plastic. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful with any query. Great choice at breakfast and in a beautiful dining room. We stsyed 3 nights and would definitely recommend. Its about 20 mins walk from Duomo but an easy walk! A fabulous stay.

Great hotel for an American tourist
Gorgeous hotel. Great staff. Friendly. Amazing breakfast. Nice spa, had a great massage. Bring your swimsuit for the steam / sauna / pool area - very relaxing. Very nice gym equipment. Wonderful location, metro is right there and is super easy to use with many stops. Only complaint is the air conditioner - very finicky. Had maintenance staff look at it and they said it was working correctly. There must be a building wide limit to prevent you from setting below 22 degrees, because even setting the room at the 16-18 degrees, the room temperature never went below 22-23. So, if you need cooler temperatures to sleep comfortably, be aware. However, I would absolutely stay again when I return!

The hotel is newly renovated, with very comfy beds and well-appointed (albeit tiny) rooms. The staff was very friendly but not exactly competent - we had to register twice; and the staff forgot to activate one of our entry cards. The bathroom was on a smaller side but with great toiletries. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
