The Gentleman on Reception was Excellent so Polite and helpful, he even came and devided our Beds as we had requested a twin we were in apartment SHORES so you can identivide this excellent employee our dates were 14 and 15th august.many thanks.

We had a nice two day stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well appointed, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Parking is close by but not onsite which was confusing at first. The area around the hotel is pleasant and walkable, but I wouldn’t say it is a tourist town. There are a number of attractions and fantastic beaches you can drive to nearby, we were really taken with Freshwater West. The restaurants nearby were very good.

Everything was good but there appeared to be no signal to the TV. This was reported on departure. Suggest there should be a simple guide for these TVs which offer multiple sources. AV would have been sufficient.

Need new pillows
We have stayed at this hotel for 3 night stays approximately 5 times before opting for 3/4 night stays. The location on the marina is lovely and there a a number of restaurants within a very short distance, including Dulce at the hotel. On this occasion we noticed that 1 restaurant had closed on the marina though. The hotel is clean and comfortable with super king sized beds. I did however, have to complain about the pillows. Lumpy and the stuffing collects at both ends of the pillows and nothing where you actually rest your head. After being told housekeeping would look for new pillows none materialised. I contacted reception again and the receptionist trawled vacant room to look for newer pillows. However, these were much the same. For a hotel in the Celtic collection I find it difficult to believe they don’t stock new pillows!!!

Great place to stay in Milford Haven
Smart, modern hotel overlooking the marina. Service was excellent. Food was very good and really good value for money. Room was spacious and had a balcony but no furniture to enable us to sit out on the balcony. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Great place to stay in Milford Haven.

Average stay at Ty Milford
The hotel presents an upmarket version of a Holiday Inn Express - functional, formulaic, with some upmarket touches such as deep carpets, but doesn't quite carry it off. Handy location for Skomer Island and on the waterfront. With a bit of imagination breakfast could have been much better but limited choice (eg no muesli type cereal). We were also served very undercooked boiled eggs in bowls - no egg cups! We ate in the restaurant one night but found staff unhelpful over choice of table, despite the restaurant never reaching capacity. Food was fine but but did not feel good value. Overall not bad, but good be better.
